Formed in Princeton, New Jersey, in 1987, Blues Traveler is led by vocalist and harmonica player John Popper. Other signature songs include “Hook,” “But Anyway,” and “Carolina Blues.” The band is also known for extended live arrangements that give Popper's harmonica playing and the group's improvisational exchanges room to develop.

Blues Traveler Omaha reviews
Eric and Steve mix
"I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Blues Traveler and Steve played together most of the time. Loved that their voices and styles blended well. My hat goes off to whoever put these two guys together. It works.
My husband thought there was too much vocal and would have liked to hear more instrumentals. We both thought it was way too soft (are we getting old or what?!?!?). The vocals of the blues pieces were better understood due to less instruments during those pieces.
The song choices were mostly recognizable and loved by the audience. However, both these artists have a large amount of hits and, unfortunately, there was not time to play them all. I waited all night to hear "Roll With It" and never got to hear it except in my head.
I loved the concert...nice surprise to play one would find out that Blues Traveler and Steve then the other."
